Headaches – pain in the head which can be associated with nausea, vomiting and sensitivity. Usually one would feel a throbbing sensation or pressure within the skull.


  1. Tension headache symptoms include: constant band-like pain or pressure that affects the front, top or sides of the head. Pain usually begins gradually, and often occurs in the middle of theday and may last for several days. A cause for tension headaches can stem from your posture being in a forward head position
  2. Migraine headache symptoms include: moderate to severe pain (often described as pounding, throbbing pain) that can affect the whole head, or can shift from one side of the head to the other. You may become sensitive to light, noise or smells and also experience blurred vision and nausea/vomiting.
